nebty 2.0 — What's new in October 2026

nebty 2.0 brings a completely redesigned dashboard, the nebty Assistant, and a personal list of new findings. Every user can now connect nebty to their AI assistant, directly through the Claude Directory. October also brings new reports, personal alerts, and simpler setup and takedown workflows.

The dashboard has a completely new design. The brand overview brings together the most important open findings from Domains, Search, Social Media, and Ads, with a separate card for each channel. You can mark findings as This is us or Not relevant, or request a takedown directly from the overview. Findings with an existing takedown leave the open tasks; their case status stays visible in the channel tabs.

If you manage a single brand, you now start on its overview. The sidebar takes you straight to each channel, and new takedown requests are automatically assigned to your brand.

Ask questions about your findings, have risks explained, or get an overview of ongoing takedowns. The nebty Assistant works with your data in nebty, links to its sources, and can present results as tables and charts. A daily briefing shows what has changed since yesterday.

The assistant can also propose review decisions, keyword changes, updates to your own alert settings, and takedown requests. You confirm each proposed action before it runs. Answers appear as they are written, and you can continue the conversation in the side panel while using the app.

The nebty Assistant is rolling out gradually to all users.

The new New findings panel shows medium- and high-risk domains you have not looked at yet. Each entry explains why it appears: first found, back online, or newly high risk.

Open a domain to inspect it, mark an entry as seen, or request a takedown directly. You can also mark the displayed findings as seen together and undo the change briefly afterward. Counts in the overview, sidebar, brand cards, and assistant briefing reflect the same personal list.

New findings is rolling out gradually to all users.

nebty MCP is now available to all users. You can install nebty directly from the Claude Directory and work with your Brand Protection data in a conversation with Claude. Ask it to investigate suspicious domains, summarize findings, or check the status of a takedown.

Other compatible AI assistants can also connect through MCP. In Settings > Connected applications, you can see each connection, its permissions, and its last use, and revoke access individually. See Connect nebty to your assistant for setup instructions.

New customers can register and set up their monitoring trial themselves. The trial lasts up to 14 days. A progress display, setup checklist, and emails guide you through the first scan. An unfinished signup can be resumed after email verification or a return from checkout.

If your brand currently uses nebty only for takedowns, a brand admin can add monitoring directly in the app. Invitation links are now valid for 14 days instead of seven.

Each member receives alerts according to their own settings, independently of other members. One daily digest groups findings across all the brands you follow. A previously reported finding can trigger another alert when it first moves into the high-risk band.

New members start with daily alerts for high risk. The former weekly alert frequency has been replaced by daily alerts; the separate weekly reports remain available. Notification settings are easier to find in the redesigned Settings page.

New weekly reports across all monitoring channels

The rebuilt Excel report covers Domains, Search, Social Media, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Team Radar, and takedown activity. The overview highlights findings, successful takedowns, and next steps. The workbook and accompanying email use the same data snapshot, and missing, partial, or paused monitoring is clearly identified.

The workbook has separate sheets, filters, and readable dates and figures. Report labels are currently in English. Export fixes also prevent unusual characters in findings from breaking the workbook.

Additional brand keywords now start their own profile searches on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Negative keywords hide matching findings across Domains, Search, Social Media, Ads, and LinkedIn Team Radar, including existing results. Removing an exclusion makes those findings available again.

Domain matching has also been corrected for multi-word brand names to reduce unrelated results.

The Impersonation Explorer has a compact results view sorted by risk, with a summary and expandable details. Running scans remain visible when you move to another page in the app. A completion email links directly to the result, and you can send a suspicious website to the nebty website scanner for further investigation.

Without an account, an email address is now required before starting a scan. The limit is three scans per email address and network within 24 hours. Signed-in users retain a higher limit.

Takedowns with more context and a digital Power of Attorney

The domain list and detail page show how the last takedown ended. nebty scans the domain again after a case closes. If a case is closed as a false positive, nebty applies that decision to the domain and informs the customer by email.

You can now grant the Power of Attorney for takedowns digitally and receive a confirmation with the signed PDF attached. nebty also supports team-managed cases involving fake tokens, with a specifically agreed outcome on the relevant platform.

Settings are organized into sections for your profile, notifications, security, connected applications, API key, and language. Eligible brand admins, partners, and enterprise accounts can manage their API key themselves. Invoices on shared billing accounts are displayed more reliably, and void invoices are hidden.

The sign-in email can no longer be changed through Settings. Contact support if it needs to be updated.

The sidebar now lists every brand on larger accounts. Mobile forms no longer trigger unexpected zooming on iPhones, and layout fixes remove empty scrolling areas below the app.

The docs now include an API quickstart, a generated reference, and a downloadable OpenAPI description. More guides have annotated screenshots, and dashboard help links lead directly to the documentation. Markdown versions are available for AI tools too.

The pricing page separates monitoring and takedowns more clearly and explains retainers, bulk cases, and the reseller program. The DPA and subprocessor list are published, and the cookie banner offers separate choices by purpose.
